Stated the IRS has filed lawsuit, call back to the same wireless phone to settle. Phone was answered by heavily accented India person who stated she was with the investigations department of the IRS. Then she hung up.

Same thing with me. I would not give my full name. Eventually got hung up on.

They just called me & left a voicemail saying they were the IRS and I have a lawsuit against me...I called back knowing it was a scam to see what they would say...the guy spoke in broken English and when I asked why he was trying to scam people he got very vulgar and said "try to catch me B*&ch!" then hung up on me. Needless to say I called back & had a few choice words for him as well!
