I picked up the first call (10/31/14); he asked for me by name, and before I answered that I was that person, I asked what he was calling about.  Although he had a very heavy accent, I believe he was saying that there were problems with my computer.  I told him I didn't want what he was selling.  He replied that it was not a sales call.  I repeated that I did not desire his help; when he refused to stop talking, I hung up on him.  It was only a few minutes when I saw his # come up on my caller i.d. and I just let the phone ring.  

Same as above.  I blocked his number on my phone after many calls.

Got a call from cell phone Washington DC saying from Microsoft and were receiving warnings from my computer. Idiot me left him in but didn't finish up with it.

My parents got this guy 3 years ago and she followed the instructions for half an hour before calling me and she told me she was looking at a remote access dialog box. By the time we got the call disconnected the laptop was infiltrated by worms, viruses and self propagating spyware. Took days to Fix.
The guy called again tonight while I was visiting I  Told him I knew his scam and might as well remove number from list as won't be taken in again. Hung up. He called back 2 times the number was unknown on second two calls. He asked me if I was married because he wasn't. Next he asked if I spoke English and said he was recording call I told him good then maybe he would have a better chance ofRemembering the encounter and to not cal back.

Talked to "George" a few minutes ago.  Nasty little twerp.  First he told me he was calling from NY, when I put my "husband" the FBI agent, on the phone he got mad at him and said he wanted to talk to Marilyn again.
Called back a while later and when I asked him where he was calling from this time he told me Pluto.
