Got a call on my machine from this number. Said the it's the IRS (internal revenue service) and this is my final warning or a lawsuit would be filed. Did NOT say to whom in the house hold it was regarding. Never heard anything from the IRS before. Mostly likely it's a scam.

i received a phone call from this number 202-297-7239. did not answer the call for i do not know anyone from that are code. a voice mail by a machine was left that stated that it was the IRS and to call the number back for a a law suit was in progress for me.

I also got a message from this number saying this is my final warning that the IRS is filing a lawsuit against me and I was supposed to call them back. My caller ID said Washington D.C. I'm pretty sure the IRS wouldn't do this.
