Where is call from

As caller Id is easily spoofed (faked) your caller could be anyone anywhere in the world. If you do not know anyone in that City/State do not take, or return the call. If you Must take the call, and someone answers, do not give out any personal or financial information. You cannot guarantee the caller is who they say they are.

Just received a call feom this number.  I didn't answer the phone, but the caller ID came up "477047NZVU37E00, Washington, D.C.". Thought this was very strange.
