I received a call from this number.  When I returned the call the guy had no professionalism at all. So I called back to request to speak to his immediate supervisor.   Yeah right, what are the chances of that happening?

These people said they were the IRS and agents are coming to arrest Me!! Also they have called me over 5 times the last time stating I need to contact before drastic measures are taken.

I received a voice mail from IRS about tax problems. The accent was Spanish.

8:50 am IRS message on my cell phone. Robotic sounding female. Threatening message. Ended "take care".  
Thank you, Rex IRS for all the info. It may take some time with my "drifting" (throttled) cell signal, but I'm going to file complaints with all you suggested.

robotic female voice says call Julie Smith at the IRS and not to "dismiss" the call.... SCAM!
