V.m. that IRS has been trying to reach me and this is the final effort before legal action. Advised to call 202-241-8294.

The IRS is about to file suit on me (!) I'd better call this number or they will (!)
I don't think so. My taxes are always paid in full and contrary to what they said, they've never contacted me before.
