Got all call from (202) 241-8110 and it was a.recording saying I was being sued by the IRS and to call back immediately. Dialed back and a foreigner (didn't speak English well) answered. Said he was irs and what was my phone number. Gave my number and he said hold on, then hung up.

I did the same and he hung up.  It is a scam!
