I received a text  that states a law suit is being filed against me and a warrant will be issued for my arrest.  Said they are the Federal Trade Commission

These are criminal extortion scammers attempting to scare unsuspecting people into paying phantom debts. Forward the text and associated number to 7726. Your cell provider will investigate and block.

Problem solved.

They called and began threatening me by saying harmful bad things were going to happen to me if I didn't pay them immediately.they actually said that they have people who rake care of people like me.  I told them I own a gun and wasn't afraid to use it so come on.

I got the same phone call stating that a lawsuit is being filed against me and I owe 945 dollars or an arrest warrant would be issued against me in my state

I recieved a email from a mark becker saying that a lawsuit was being filed against me in my local court house and i needed to go to my sheriffs department to be served or i can pay 1,284 dollars to resolve this matter ouside of court. I reported him to the Federal Trade Commissions office.
