keep getting called from this number. Says attorney general but sounds like telemarket in back ground not able to speak English. Blocked the number

this num keeps calling saying states attorney from dc. Does not speak English and it's coming from an office like telemarketing

keep getting calls from this number put a block on it same stuff attorney general and lawsuit but didn't say who or where. In the background sounds like telemarking and doesn't speak English
