Indian guy left a 2 minute voicemail threatening me with a warrant and contacting my employer. Asked me to call them back before I am arrested lol.

Unfortunately, since the scammers are located in India, your e-mail will be ignored. Thy are basically bullet-proof and they know it. They ignore all US laws. Save your effort. Just block their calls. Get a call blocker.

Got an email from a person statng his name was Senior Attorney Richard Bellfort with White and Case Law Association. The emamil stated I would be arrested, taken to court, wages garnished and reported to the attorney general because of check fraud. This is totally bogus. There is no attorney at White and Case Law firm. Do not call or answer any emails. This is a debt collector.

It's not a debt collector - it's a scammer. Email is not a valid means of serving a court summons. If you wish, forward the email to the FBI at their Internet Crime Complaint Center - www.ic3.gov - and just ignore and delete any others you receive. They're foreign extortionist scammers and they can't do zip to you or anyone else they contact.
