Received this same call today allegedly from the IRS with same threat of them taking action against me. Thanks for all the posts.

Got a fraudulent IRS call from 202-241-7549 at 8:46 am on Sep 19, 2014. They left me a voicemail saying I need to call them back asap if I don't want any action taken against me.

Total scam. They are scammer /extortionists located in India. They are trying to scare you into paying them something by untraceable green dot money pak. Do not pay them anything! Block their calls and do not pick up on calls you do not recognize. Do not call them back.
I got the same call. It scared me a lot. I called back many times but they would answer, and when they call back am afraid to answer :). Then I called back, they would not answer... then.... on and on...and on... and on.... I am still scared.
