Man with a very thick accent, speaking very fast, claimed to be an IRS agent.  Said my daughter had a lawsuit against her.  When I tried to ask questions, he kept repeating the same information and told me that if I hung up the phone, the case would be reported to the local authorities.  When I called the number back, a recording told me that it was an unassigned number.
