Same threating call

In california,  I got a call from the District of Columbia IRS officer Kenneth Harris, threatening legal action against me. I asked what this is all about and he said if I gave him a thousand dollars he would tell me. If not the Redondo Beach police department is going to come to my door, handcuff me, and arrest me. I told him I'm not giving you a thousand dollars. Guess I will wait for the police!

Automated voice..Same as other reports..IRS ...legal allegation   Had my daughters name and she has't lived with me for 20 yrs or so

Received robot recording from alleged IRS stating I would be subject to prosecution for money owed if I did not call the listed number 202-241-6135.  Called number and got a message stating the mail box was full.  Received 2nd message the next day at 6:29am in the morning with same threatening information.  I again called back to get some pleasure of yelling at someone. I left message to stop calling me and if in fact this was regarding the IRS to send me an official letter describing what the issues were.  The caller voices sounded like heavy Indian accent and hard to understand. For your protection please do not give out personal information to these callers from 202-241-6135.
