Got a call also, I thought so as well...the IRS would've definitely sent a letter 1st!

got two messages from this phone number and tried to leave me a case number.
I know it is scam
should I report the police

Claiming to be from the IRS and will black list my SS# and file a lawsuit if I don't call. I called back for the heck of it,  the mailbox was not taking any messages.  Total scam!!! The IRS never call. Beware.
