I received a call this morning stating that the IRS is filing a lawsuit against me.  I have never received any notice in the mail.  This appears to be a scam.  When I call the number there is no answer.  They did not identify me by name.  The number is 202-241-2375.

"202"  area  code  fraud  scam  calls  !

Received this IRS scam called again today.  I have received this call several other times previously.  Who can I call to initiate a formal complaint including fines?

I received a call this morning stating that the IRS is filing a lawsuit against me.  I have never received any notice in the mail.  This appears to be a scam because they did not identify me by name, or give a case number.  The call came in from 845-928-1836, but they said to call 202-241-2375 immediately to stop the legal process.
