Isn't it FUNNY that these shills can't make up their mind on a SCAM?? One says IRS, another says law firm, and another says debt collector.

Personally speaking,  I treat ANY and calls from unfamiliar numbers as a potential scam. If I believe it is I will take extra step to prevent the calls by blocking the number.

YES IT IS A SCAM THE LAW SUIT HAS TO BE FILED IN YOUR STATE. Know one will be calling your cell phone trying to make you pay for something you never got. Then the bad part they want tell you anything you ask them. What lawyer phone fry while he talking to you kmsl. Then play like they put you on to someone to help you get it paid out of court. 100% scam attempted to obtain any information about them. Then advised them they were calling the local courts here. And there was no arrest warrant out. Be advised from further research if you give out your information and you don't pay (DON'T DO IT) THEY may place a SWAT call on you. (A false report resulting in the police or SWAT showing up) this is all a scam. Report them.

Just because someone doesn't pay a bill doesn't mean anyone is going to call SWAT on you. Yeesh. SWAT isn't a dog that comes when you call. No bill collector, legit or otherwise, is going to be able to have SWAT come and get you.
