Received a call from a man stating that there was tax fraud associated with my SSN and if I did not call them back I would be arrested and charged with tax fraud.

I'm getting the IRS call 3 times daily. It's a robo call, try to talk them , it's a recording. I even said ok I can pay now. And the guy just finished the speech. It's IRS season.
