Beware! I got calls from this number twice. The male person had left voice message saying he is calling from crime investigation department of IRS and wants to return his call.

SCAM - the IRS mails letters if there is a problem. Ignore the calls.

These bogus operations are known to display numbers from the IRS. In either case, the IRS does not call people.
