I keep getting calls from these people 1by the name of Donald and 1by the name of David saying I won 9,000 and federal grant money I told them they where a joke n a spam then 1 start texting me from his cellular phone all day yesterday 3/8/2016 just kept calling they calling from a 202, 914, unknown, unviable

I got a call too. They asked me to call this number back and give a Western Union confirmation number. They did not ask for any of my information but I am wondering if they can access it through my phone.
