This number called three times today.  Third time caller said I would be arrested for income tax evasion by my local police department.  Asked for details about tax return, very rude and threatening.  After speaking with him a fourth time, he called back after I hung up on him, I called my police department.  Since I hadn't done any of the things I'd been accused of, told not to worry about it further.
