Scam robocall claiming that the IRS is filing a lawsuit against me.  No names or specific information, just instructed to call back for 'more information'.  The IRS does not call, they send mail.

Called my cell saying I have an ongoing IRS tax lawsuit, which I know isn't the case.  I have trough is to our stat's Attorney General's office.  They say they are work ion this case, however, not only am I receiving this call, but many family and friends as well.  Why hasn't this fraudulent case been resolved?
