IRS lawsuit scam.

Another scam phone call saying they are from IRS. 1st off the IRS will not call you. IF you owe them they will send you tons of letters giving you details on why you owe.

We got called from this number and they are a total scam! How do we report them to the police???

received two calls from this number back to back claiming IRS is filing a lawsuit against me.

Folks, please don't speak with people from this phone number, it is a scam call saying they are from the IRS, just hang up.  We aren't able to trace the phones because they are disposable ones, they throw away when the minutes are used up, or they know the cops are onto them.  These callers are from outside the USA, mostly coming from Canada, Jamaica, Nigeria, the United Kingdom and the far east.
