The voicemail for this number claims to be Steven Ryder from  Publishers Clearing House  (a direct marketing company that sells merchandise and magazine subscriptions and operates prize-based game, search, and lottery websites).

However, it uses a ymax corporation Voice over IP line (magicJack) and the voice has a distinguishable accent. All hallmarks of an India or Pakistan based scam operation. Beware!!
