robo call that was cut off in the middle but made it sound like IRS or government agency calling.

Auto message saying IRS and had to contact them because they were bringing a lawsuit against us.  Scam...can we get a real life Liam Neisim that does black OPs and hunt these guys down and doesn't give them an option to surrender?
