IRS debt-collection fraud.  I missed the call initially so I called them back (from a BS number) and this guy with what sounded like some sort of Indian accent says "Thank you for calling Internal Revenue Service."  I didn't think I heard him correctly, so I asked him to repeat who I'd reached.  Again, he says "Internal Revenue Service."  I laughed aloud, told him "yeah, right," and hung up on him.  Very scam.  Much blocked.
