This was a Publisher's Clearing House Scam. Said Fed Ex would be on their way and to get a moneyback reloadable card for $550.  I told him it was a scam and hung up

Received a call promising a $100,000 check for 'Claims International." What weirdo. Pushed him for phone number and address, but of course got this number. 202 prefix is D.C. So went to the site to report this scam (this site's suggestion) and found that THIS site owner is well hidden.
