Grandparents got scammed, saying they won $39,500.00 from Publishers Clearning house, but the IRS needed $1000 for taxes. They got that money, then said he won more money, but said they needed $7000 more from him first! Please be careful out there..PCH doesn't work like that, either does the IRS!! I hate people who scam the elderly!!
