Phone calls & no one answers.

Left a message and said they were from the IRS. Said there were criminal sanctions against someone. The caller says he is "Frank Murphy" with a thick Indian accent.and the caller ID says it Thomas Serrano.

Yes a Indian speaking man just called and said his name Frank Murphy, criminal investigation dept of the I.R.S.

Big scam. Lots of callers with fake American names using numbers all over the country. Big stories about it on TV and in newspapers.  See the warnings on the Treasury Department Website:
