I got same call from them and have very similar content that they will file a lawsuit against me because I own their money. I even told them my home address. When I asked what's wrong with my files? They said the w2 number I filed is not what they have. I said it is impossible, can they provide me original files they hung up. Be aware!!! Do give them any information!!!

Robo call claiming to be from the IRS and filing a lawsuit - I know the IRS doesn't make phone calls they notify you by mail. Fraud, fraud, fraud!
