I just got the same [***]. Not only he is a scammer, he started insulting me when I asked for his information.
I just kept calling to see if I got someone else on the phone and reported the name and number to the IRS web site.

Got a call from this number asking for one of our kids that is long ago grown up and married. Saying there was a lawsuit and if not taken care of, a warrant would be issued. Left this message on our answering machine. Definitely a scammer, glad I didn't answer that call. Waste of time!!!!

Caller ID shows Ashley Ross now. They left the same IRS scam message. I reported it previously to the IRS,

Says it is a call from irs from fraud i committed. Says if i dont call they will issue warrant for my arrest.
