Got a recorded message from 614-266-5848 saying it was the IRS going to sue me and to call them back at 202-239-5620. I hit redial on my phone and a poor guy answered telling me that the scammers are using his number, but he didn't call me. I don't know how they used his number that showed up on my caller ID and I was able to hit re-dial and call him right back.
