Telling me I owe back taxes for the past 5 years and saying I have a warrant for my arrest

I received a call an spoke to some when I called back and told then I would like to contact a attorney.  I was told if I did the they would issue the warranty  and only release any document after I make a payment which was to be made at a a Walmart or moneybox.

Called stating that I owed back. tax's from the year of 2009-2014. Gave the name of Officer Anthony Lee, with the badge number of IRM #5616 and that I owed $3,986.73. He told me there was a standing warrant for me.  Then he just kept on talking.  Then when he turned me over to Officer Steven Park.  And, then he gave me his badge number of 5347. Then my husband walk in and I put him on speaker phone.  Even he would not let us talk.  As, about if we had those funds.  I told him that was not any of his business.  Then we hung up.

received call stating i had been audited for years 2009-2014 and I owed taxes, i was commiting fraud, said bunch of different violoation numbers, asked if i wanted warrarnt for my arrest stopped I'd have to pay, warrarnt was a no bail, warrant.... I kept them talking till I was bored then told them to come and get me.
