My wife received call from this number and she gave to me. He (looks like Indian) said he was calling from Homeland  Security, DC and that somebody from back home has filed law suit against her. Need to be very careful.

they made multiple back-to-back calls for 3 hours straight and we ignored them.
If anyone picks up and the caller makes threats, call the police and post on the web and publicize the number and the incident.
That is the best way to protect yourself

They called many times. It was clear that this was a scam. Should be reported to the authorities.

called, said they from IRS, treten law suit and jail, told "go to the bank, then go to walgreens then buy I T U N E S cards then give them the number"
