They called me and claims the IRS has a lawsuit against me.

I have received 3 calls today from this number.  It is a recorded message where they want you to return a call to them at the above listed phone number.  Each message was different: 1) there is a law suite pending against me/us but they aren't specific - the call was returned, there was no response;  2) left voice stating there was a law suite agains us and would contact our county legal system for further action; 3)an officer of the law was calling in regards to tax lawsuite and they wanted to talk before sending to court for processing - there was another message with a foreign accent to leave a message.
