Claims to be from the IRS.  Says you will be arrested within 24 hours if you do not pay CASH into an account "specified by the IRS". Told me I had to keep the line open so they could "walk me through the process"  Provided, names- very American/anglo names (caller had Indian accent), provided "badge numbers".  Scam
