IRS scam call with claim of law suit

Just received the IRS phishing scam calls. Gave the guy who answered the phone a long lecture.  

This number is part of an IRS Lawsuit Scam. Their phone number uses VOIP which is through YMAX Corporation who makes Magic Jack device.  So they can shut it down due to fraudulent reasons.  YMAX complaint email is reportabuse@magicjack.com and Better Business Bureau or the newspaper is also a resource if you don't get assistance.  

Received a message on my cell phone.  Called back on land-line and they didn't answer.  Called back on cell phone and foreign person answered.  Hung up twice.  

I picked up my phone and the recorded message said IRS has filed a lawsuit and to call back this number.  I did from another # and when I said I first wanted validation they are IRS before I give my name, they hung up on me.  I called back and they re-hung up on me.  They need to be stopped.  I'm sure more gullible people will be fooled into giving their PII.
