Received early morning call and they left a voice mail. Supposed call from IRS Tax Crime Investigation Unit office Jack Williams. Very thick foreign accent. They have received 3 criminal charges about my name in an affidavit. I called them back 3 times and it finally connected after about 35 rings. Same dude. Almost unintelligible. Told him he'd have to do better than this to succeed in such an obvious scam. He mumbled something about seeing me in court and then hung up!
