Scam

Caller had thick accent and clearly had not mastered the English language.  He was spoofing a Washington DC phone number claiming there was a "Federal Investigation in New Orleans against you and your physical address.  Call this number before we prosecute against you for Federal Legislation of New Orleans."

Junk call. No message. Blocked.
