Who is calling from this number

Got a call from this number saying they were the IRS and scared the s#*t out of me...needless to say i was scammed out of $100! Very pissed off right now!

Someone who did not identify himself and who did not ask for anyone specific just left a threatening message stating that "you will face legal consequences with the IRS if you don't call 202-239-1943 right now". Nobody at the # that the obvious scammer receives much money at all except for Social Security disability.

Received a phone call this morning from 202-239-1943. They left a threatening message. When I called a woman with foreign voice answered claiming to the IRS. Then she hung up on me.
