Just received this call. It was a robot voice and the grammar was awful. Barely understandable.

I received a call from (202)2391640, was told there were 4 allegations against me, and that if I didn't call back in 24 working hours the local authorities would take me into custody.

Whenever I hear someone use the word "allegations" there are always 4. I guess the spammers can't count to 5.
