Pretend to be IRS, and threaten with court action against you, if you don't return the call. IRS NEVER CALLS, THEY WOULD SEND YOU A LETTER! Don't fall for this!

As stated above, the IRS will send you letter. They don't call.  Tried to block number but it is an invalid number. Received this voicemail which sounded computer generated.  “Hello we have been trying to reach you. This call is officially final notice from IRS Internal Revenue Service the reason of this call is to inform you that I our(?) is filing a lawsuit against you to get more information about this case file. Please call immediately on our department number 202-239-1617. I repeat 202-239-1617. Thank you.”
