recorded message says   YOU are being contacted to inform you you have been listed as prime suspect in legal proceedings by the IRS,   this is time senstivie message and if you don"t return my call at this number you will face legal consequences

caller ID said Samantha Salter left no message.

Just received a call from 202-239-1458, with the name of Renold Jean. Gave his phone number not once but twice and said "If you don't return the call, you will have to face the legal consequences." The tone of voice and content of message were nothing less than threatening.
