This is clearly part of the many 202 scam calls going back to 2012. The recorded message left was advising me to call the number as an IRS lawsuit has been filed against me. I know better but to many they might panic.

Received call from 310-510-9156 stating that this is an IRS final notice prior to filing a lawsuit.
