Listen people the IRS doesn't call your house & leave messages they send mail certified!

they called again from a bogus number 932-565-3681 telling me the same mantra about lawsuit. I called the number they gave me 202-239-1189 telling them that it's FBI calling. They hang up

202-239-1189 is a magicJack number.  These devices are favored by cowardly thieves and extortionists because they can call into and out of the US for free almost anywhere they can find an Internet connection to hide behind almost for free -- including countries that do not cooperate with US law enforcement, like India.  And they get to choose a US telephone number from YMAX Corp., a captive subsidiary, from a list of US numbers, including many from Washington, making their caller ID look like it is coming from somewhere official, when it's just coming from a cowardly, foul-mouthed scammer.
