Recieved call that this was the IRS, and they had a case pending.  When I asked to talk to supervisor, he hung up. Name used Jack Cooper. When called back could not get him only message.

they called and said a lawsuit was being filed against me by the IRS - as per the IRS website, they will never call you, they will only notify you by mail.

Called twice today -- both times a disjointed recording about an IRS lawsuit being filed in the county courthouse. Obvious scam.

This number called me twice yesterday and left a recording that it was regarding an important legal matter filed in my name (without ever using my name - 1st red flag). I did a quick search and quickly figured it was an IRS phone scam
