After investigating the matter. i found out it is the real FDA. and a warrant was issued for my arrest. i payed off my penalties and got off with a warning letter, i hope they put a stop to this scum bags tele-marketing pharmacies.

The FDA does not call you to warn you that you are about to be arrested and let you pay your fine over the phone. They show up at the pharmaceutical firm where you work and arrest you.
