Pretending to call from Canada revenue agency

A man called and ask for a deceased and elderly person claiming to be from the tax department about a $6000 fraud charge and the tax department is filing a lawsuit.  He later left a message on the phone with the same info, it wasn't very clear, but I believe he ID himself as someone from a Tax Agency.   Ask to call back or be loaded into the local (something) tomorrow morning. We kept the message.
