someone from this phone number called saying they are from the DEA and needed to pay $1900.00 to avoid the court date.  And that there was a warrant out for arrest...

Guy said he was DEA and there was a warrant out for my arrest for ordering ambien online. I told him to come to my house cause id rather talk to him in person. He hung up.

Same thing -- Special Agent John Louis called and said there was a warrant out for my arrest for ordering something from Costa Rica. I never had. He said he would take it under review and hung up. Just today he called again, leaving this number (and x1179) . Now I know it is a scam! I also received a similar call from 415-692-4047 who claimed to be Thomas Harrigan (currently the Chief of Operations for the Drug Enforcement Administration)!
