They claim to be a litigation firm saying I owe for bad checks and charges are pending against me.

They just tried calling me..did anything happen after they called you?

I got the same claim.  Said I owed for personal loan I applied for over 4 years ago.  Said had charges pending against me.   I have never applied for a personal loan on the computer.  I returned call and the guy was rude and hung up on me when I replied I had not applied for a loan on the computer.  Not sure what is going on.
