Caller ID said:  Wash DC Call.  I don't normally answer if I don't know the number or name, but I thought it might be a survey from the 202 area.  So I answered and it said, "This is not a sales call.  We've been monitoring your credit cards..."  Believe it or not, but I don't have any credit cards (probably one of the few people in the world who doesn't have one).  Obviously a scam.
